A Historic Mediterranean Estate
This unique property is part of the historic heritage of Sant Pere de Ribes and boasts more than two and a half centuries of history. Although the exact date of its construction is not preserved, historical references place its origins around 1750, giving it an estimated age of approximately 300 years.
For much of its history, the building was closely linked to the region’s winemaking tradition. It originally served as a cellar and winery, where wines produced in the surrounding lands were stored and preserved – a deeply rooted activity in the cultural and economic identity of Sant Pere de Ribes
Over time, the property evolved alongside the town’s history. A few years ago, it was carefully renovated and transformed into a family residence, preserving much of its original character and architectural features that reflect its past.
Today, the house blends the charm of a historic building with modern comforts, offering guests the opportunity to stay in a space filled with authenticity, tradition, and heritage. Its centuries-old walls tell the story of generations devoted to the land and wine, making every stay a unique experience connected to the cultural legacy of Sant Pere de Ribes.
